The beaches are packed and the sea is full of folks making the most of this beautiful Cornish weather. Â I’m a member of the aptly named ‘Bluetits’ and join the ladies for a cooling dip when I can before work – I even did an evening moon swim recently!
It may have clouded over today, but it is still hot and muggy – we did have a small thunder storm but it does not have appeared to clear the air!
Similarly, the heat is still on in the Cornish property market, however it is not as hot and frantic as it was and we are seeing some price reductions. Â Prime properties in good coastal locations are still in short supply, thus estate agents are still seeing bidding wars on some properties.
